Reset password your account
The instructions below are for all desktop/mobile/tablet devices.
If you don’t remember your password, you can follow these steps to reset your account password.
Step1: On the homepage of forexeashop.com, click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner.
Step2: Click “Lost your password” to reset your password
Step3: Please select Username or Email, then click Reset Password.
After clicking Reset Password you will receive information as shown in the image below.
A password reset confirmation request will be sent to your Email (Note: If you do not find the link sent to the Email, check the spam folder, sometimes, our emails may end up in your junk or spam folders).
Step4: Please click the link to reset your password.
Step5: Enter new password, re-enter password and continue Save
Hint: The password should be at least twelve characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).
After successfully clicking Save, you have successfully changed your new password, you can log in again and continue on the website forexeashop.com
